As Chief Operating Officer and Principal Investigator at Hydronovo, Tim combines deep operational expertise with a builder's instinct for what it takes to bring a product to market. Over a 25-year career, he has led engineering and product development teams at early-stage companies in roles spanning VP of Engineering to CTO — earning a reputation for turning complex technical challenges into commercial realities. Today he channels that experience into Hydronovo's mission, overseeing both day-to-day operations and the company's SBIR-funded research program.
